Get in to to the festive spirit with Christmas carols from the Dublin Simon Community and put a smile on your face with our screening of Elf!

 

Christmas Karaoke with Dublin Simon Community

Before the Christmas lights are unveiled, Meeting House Square will be the venue for a charity Christmas Carol extravaganza all in aid of Dublin Simon Community on Sunday, December 2nd. The Christmas Karaoke event will start at 4.30pm, marking the first festive carol party of the ‘Sing for Simon’ season. Each year, ‘Sing for Simon’ brings together over 100 groups and choirs who sing Christmas carols in numerous shopping centres and locations across Dublin to bring some festive joy to the public. Outdoor Movie Screening - Elf

6th December 2012

Time: 8.30pm

As part of December’s Festive First Thursdays, Meeting House Square will have a free screening of Elf (2003, starring Will Ferrell) with complimentary popcorn, hot chocolate and cosy blankets to keep you warm!

If you’d like to get into the Christmas spirit before hand, head to the Old City of Temple Bar at 5.30pm where the Christmas Lights will be switched on. There’ll be outdoor projections by the wonderful Melimage and wine and mince pies to boot.
